I'd like to go a step farther that regular rss feeds by offering mini calendars that other web sites can put on their sites.
Does thyme has this built any?
Is anyone using some javascript to make this work?
Any ideas and examples would be great. |

I'd like to do the same - I use Thyme on a community website narromine.nsw.au and would like to create an rss feed into the Council website narromine.nsw.gov.au rather than run two calendars (more work for me).
I'd also like to be able to allow external sites to use the calendar in their sites. |

Hi,
I'm sorry, but there is no option for this in Thyme. |

I have figured out a workaround - go to Details at the top of an active calendar and click on Day Week or Month under Syndication.
In the remote site (assuming you have administer rights) create an rss feed and use the url generated by the above. In Drupal I used Feed aggregator which created a page full of events. There are blocks or modules for other CMS sites that can be if you want to create a small block.
Here is where I have it working on the Council website I designed - http://www.narromine.nsw.gov.au/aggregator |
