1. Download this file: http://www.thymenews.com/products/thyme/pwreset.txt (right-click / Save as).
2. Rename the downloaded file to pwreset.php
3. Upload pwreset.php to Thyme's folder on your web server
4. Navigate to the file in your web browser. E.g. go to http://your.site.com/thyme/pwreset.php

You may then log into Thyme with the username admin and password changeme

Take care to change your password and remove the file from your web server once you have logged in to Thyme.
