After you install Thyme, you should first set your timezone information. To do this, click on options (located at Thyme's footer) and select the Locale tab. Here you may set your timezone and DST configuration.
Next, you should set Thyme's default options. To navigate to Default Options, click on admin (located at Thyme's footer), then click on Edit Default Options.
The configuration you select here will apply to the general public (any visitor to Thyme that is not logged in) as well as used as defaults when creating new users. Any user you subsequently add will take on these options. This will keep you (and users) from having to set timezone, daylight saving time, and other options each time you create a user.
